Hulu discovers Myst TV show on mysterious puzzle-filled island
After managing to solve a series of weird puzzles before all of the traditional TV networks could, Hulu has won the rights to Legendary Entertainment’s adaptation of classic CD-ROM game Myst. That comes from Deadline, which says Hulu has given Myst a “script-to-series commitment,” which means that if it likes the script—being written by Divergent’s Evan Daugherty—the show will go straight to a series order. If Hulu doesn’t like the script, the Myst show will be trapped forever in a color-coded book. (That’s a Myst reference.)
