Jack White and Stephen Colbert release a 7-inch

Fans of The Colbert Report have gotten a lot of face time with Jack White this week, who appeared in daily segments during a special week of music-related shows dubbed “StePhest Colbchella '011” that also featured Bon Iver, Florence And The Machine, and Talib Kweli. Last night, Colbert performed his song “Charlene II (I’m Over You)” with the goth-garage band the Black Belles, and now he’ll be releasing it as a 7-inch on White’s label Third Man Records. The B-side is a cover of Stephen And The Colberts' faux-’80s classic “Charlene (I’m Right Behind You).” You can get the single from iTunes or Third Man Records.

Or if you’re in New York and have some free time to kill at 11 a.m., head to the Third Man Rolling Record Store parked at the Lot at the High Line, located at 10th Avenue and 30th Street.
