Yeah, we're rumor-mongering again: NME reports that Leonard Rowe, a former Michael Jackson tour promoter, has been in talks with Michael's brothers about a 2008 Jacksons reunion tour. Of course, Michael himself hasn't made any move toward accepting the alleged offer–and there are a couple hints that the whole story might be a bit on the bogus side. First of all: The Jackson 5? Surely it'd be billed as The Jacksons. Secondly: Rowe is quoted as saying, "His brothers are ready. Janet is ready." Yeah, remember when Janet was in the Jackson 5? Those were the days.
