Jimmy Fallon sued because he allegedly likes women telling him what to do
Offering yet more proof that Work It is the defining commentary on our times, a former stage manager for Late Night With Jimmy Fallon is suing the talk show host and NBC Universal for gender discrimination, alleging that he was fired because Fallon likes having women boss him around. Paul Tarascio claims he lost his job as first stage manager in 2010, only to be replaced by a “totally incompetent woman”—which certainly explains why current Late Night episodes are such a slipshod mess of emotions and tampons. He also claims that director David Diomedi informed him that the reason for his termination was that “Jimmy just prefers to take direction from a woman,” with Fallon really getting off when a woman tells him which camera to look into. Oh yeah, you like it when a woman ensures you’re properly lit, Jimmy Fallon? You derive some sort of twisted, masochistic pleasure out of having all your movements blocked out for you by a domineering lady? Sicko.
Unfortunately, Jimmy Fallon has yet to answer the questions that we have just now posed rhetorically to you and not to Jimmy Fallon—nor offer any sort of comment on the lawsuit at all, most likely because he is currently off somewhere begging a woman to tell him where his mark is like a total pervert, or laughing with his otherwise male-dominated writing and production staff about how these allegations are ridiculous. Probably the former, though.
