The days of TV actors starring in prestigious shows and hogging all of the acclaim may soon be ending, because the movie people are staging a full-on assault of the TV world in the form of a mysterious new project created by Silver Linings Playbook and American Hustle director David O. Russell. He won’t be turning to TV alone, though, as he’ll also be bringing along legitimate movie stars Robert De Niro and Julianne Moore to star in the series. That’s according to The Hollywood Reporter, which says the show doesn’t have a production company or network attached, but Russell apparently has “multiple offers for the project sight unseen.”
