Kurt Sutter’s The Bastard Executioner comes out swinging in new trailer

Over the weekend at Comic-Con, FX premiered a short trailer for Kurt Sutter’s new show, The Bastard Executioner. The 30-second spot doesn’t reveal much more than the fact that it’s medieval times and there’s an executioner who’s either a bastard or a guy who executes bastards (we’re still not sure which). But it does promise plenty of over-the-top violence, quality kills, and Sutter’s standard Shakespeare for tough guys.
