Listen to Street Punk, the new record from Hunx & His Punx
After releasing the excellent Too Young To Be In Love in 2011, Hunx & His Punx is back with the follow-up, Street Punk. The group—now made up of Seth “Hunx” Bogart and Shannon Shaw of Shannon And The Clams—banged out the record in California, combining the diverse but not that different sounds of ‘80s hardcore and ‘90s Riot Grrrl to create their own set of odes to pimples, disaffected youth, and going totally mental.
