Adding to today’s nonstop supermaheromensandladies news: Zack Snyder’s Man Of Steel, the supermahero film that will attempt to revive the Supermaheroman franchise, has been bumped from its late-2012 release date all the way to June 14, 2013. The decision makes some sense, given that summer is traditionally the season for this sort of thing, and the December 2012 slate has become increasingly crowded anyway—not least with Warner Bros.’ own The Hobbit. It also gives Snyder and Co. plenty of time to fine-tune the film (including those rumored script rewrites), and, of course, all of us two more years to spend prematurely talking about it.
