In an era of looksmaxxing, bonesmashing, mogging, and other terms invented to try to talk about male beauty and vanity on the internet, it was only a matter of time before the conversation turned to penises. Of course, people have been talking about dicks forever, but the topic of making them bigger is getting the big screen treatment in the new documentary Manhood. The first trailer for the doc (which premiered at South By Southwest earlier this year) doesn’t just play the topic for laughs, but teases some of the psychological underpinnings that might make someone seek penis enlargement treatment. At least one of these men seems to be here after a previous, botched procedure, which left him with what “looked like the penis of an alien.”
