Last night, Metallica performed with Lady Gaga at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards and, well, things got off to a rocky start. As the band ripped through “Moth Into The Flame” from last year’s Hardwired… To Self-Destruct, James Hetfield’s mic wasn’t on— but the band persisted, even if Hetfield was a little irritated by the whole thing. But since Metallica isn’t one to let those things get the best of it, today it’s announced a new set of tour dates kicking off in May with Avenged Sevenfold, Volbeat, and Gojira all supporting at various times.
