In a recent Instagram post, Mo’Nique called out Netflix and asked her fans to boycott the streaming service for refusing to give her as much money for a stand-up special as it famously gave Amy Schumer, Chris Rock, and Dave Chappelle. Mo’Nique says Netflix offered her $500,000—a significantly lower number than the $20 million that Rock and Chappelle reportedly got—and the streaming service wouldn’t budge when she tried to argue that her résumé made her more valuable than that. In the video, she accuses Netflix of “gender bias” and “color bias,” saying that whoever she was negotiating with acknowledged that she’s a “legend” but still wouldn’t pay her on the same level as the male comedians.

Wanda Sykes also tweeted about her own experience with Netflix, thanking Mo’Nique for speaking out and revealing that the streaming service had offered her “less than half” of the $500,000 than it offered to Mo’Nique:
