Next season: More Silverman and Battlestar, One More Day of Mitchery
Comedy Central has ordered up more episodes of The Sarah Silverman Program for a second season, and the Sci Fi channel will start a fourth season of Battlestar Galactica in January, according to Hollywood Reporter. While sick jokes and space-stranded humans should provide more than enough winter companionship, ABC is giving you more than you wanted (or perhaps just what the creepily sentimental part of you wanted) in the form of For One More Day, a TV movie based on Mitch Albom's novel of the same name, set to air in December. And for anyone concerned with the previously noted upsurge in tele-police power, rest assured that the private sector is getting a boost in the form of an untitled series on CBS that concerns a family of powerful rum merchants.
