Quentin Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight exists as a poster now
The journey of Quentin Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight has been full of stops and starts, ever since Tarantino claimed he was no longer making the film after the script leaked back in January. Since then, Tarantino has softened a bit, going as far to host a star-studded reading of that leaked, original script in Los Angeles. At the reading, Tarantino claimed he was working on a second draft of the script with a third to follow it, reigniting speculation about how and when his bloody Western will take shape. Such speculation doesn’t get The Hateful Eight any closer to actually being filmed, but with Tarantino’s renewed interest also comes a poster commemorating the script’s live-reading.
Prints of The Hateful Eight poster cost $45, and with the proceeds going toward Film Independent–the non-profit organization responsible for events such as the L.A. Film Festival and the Independent Spirit Awards–it makes a great gift for Tarantino fans, as well as people who buy promotional artwork for stuff they don’t know anything about yet.
