Back in January, Spoon announced that its ninth studio album, Hot Thoughts, will be available on March 17, and now the band has released a bunch of tour dates to go along with that new album. In addition to a regular string of U.S. shows, the tour also features a number of stops in Europe, which prompted Spoon to post what sounds like a fun/sad joke about our current political situation on Twitter:
