This year at SXSW, The A.V. Club once again set up camp at High Noon in Austin, Texas, where we interviewed the casts and filmmakers of movies making their world premieres or otherwise making their mark on the festival. The first day of the event was the busiest, as our TV critic Saloni Gajjar hosted the likes of Danny DeVito and his director daughter Lucy DeVito, Lizzy Caplan, real-life superhero Phoenix Jones, Emily Robinson and the Ugly Cry cast, and Danielle Deadwyler, soon to seek out the truth in Ryan Coogler’s X-Files reboot.
