Shigeto has a new album, No Better Time Than Now, coming out this summer, and, in celebration, The A.V. Club has an exclusive video from the artist (a.k.a. Zach Saginaw) performing his single, "Detroit Part 1," in the passenger seat of a car on a quaint sunset drive. Shigeto's latest album promises to be nothing if not personal, as it was recorded in the throes of a broken engagement and a city (maybe) falling apart. No Better Time Than Now is due out Aug. 20 on Ghostly.
