As you hopefully already know, we launched a short-film competition a few months ago called Parameter, in which we asked you, dear readers, to create short films with very specific rules. The final deadline for entries was October 29, and we're now diligently watching and judging the entries. The prize presentation is December 7, at which we'll screen the top five films and award some big ol' cash prizes. This week's notable entry is "Welcome To The Neighborhood," about a guy who finds himself in a strange town, and it maybe makes him a little angry. Check it out.
