Wolf Of Wall Street writer to do some lines for the Scarface remake
Prep the powder: Terence Winter—a man who knows a thing or two about scenes involving copious drug consumption—is going to tackle the script for Universal’s Scarface remake, according to Variety. The writing duties for the project have changed hands quite a bit: David Ayer took a stab, as did Straight Outta Compton’s Jonathan Herman. But now, with Antoine Fuqua on board to direct, it will get what Variety calls a “polish” from the capable hands of Winter, known for his work on The Wolf Of Wall Street, Boardwalk Empire, and of late Vinyl. What do all these properties have in common? Cocaine.
