It’s just the latest foray into making Wilco stuff that you can put all up inside your body, like the Toronto-based Wilco sandwich shop and the Wilco Tango Foxtrot beer, only this one is hand-selected by the band members themselves, who picked a bag of Organic Ethiopia Sidama Homecho Waeno as the best possible representation of potable Wilco.
