In many ways, 30 Rock is already something of a live-action cartoon, so it stands to reason that it would translate into actual animation better than most sitcoms—more so than the failed The Frasier Funtime Adventures, for example. (Note: This does not exist.) Thanks to Entertainment Weekly, here’s the first look at a planned trio of 30 Rock web cartoons created in celebration of tonight’s 100th episode and also just because, apparently. Here Alec Baldwin’s Jack Donaghy uses his executive superpowers to screw with Brian Williams, who should just officially join the cast already. And should Baldwin make good on his promises to leave the show, perhaps this animated version could serve as a contingency plan.
