Pop culture obsessives writing for the pop culture obsessed.

Dan Gregor’s new movie Most Likely To Murder takes the “man returns to his hometown and rediscovers old drama” trope in film, and adds a Rear Window-esque, murder-mystery twist. Most Likely To Murder follows a former big man on campus returning to his hometown to discover his high school sweetheart dating former high school weirdo, who he believes murdered his mom.

In the video above, Gregor and the cast—Happy Endings’ Adam Pally, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend’s Rachel Bloom, John Reynolds, and Doug Mand—play a coming-of-age themed version of “Marry, Fuck, Kill,” pitting great high school movies up against one another.
