Adele has hit the pause button on her Las Vegas residency. Earlier today, the “Rolling In The Deep” singer announced on her various social channels that she would need to reschedule her current string of shows as per doctor’s orders. Unfortunately, Adele is sick and has been sick for some time. The postponed dates are March 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, and 30.

The singer said she was sick during the last leg of her residency and the illness never quite subsided. “I hadn’t quite gotten the chance to get back to full health before shows resumed and now I’m sick again,” she wrote. Adele continued, that it’s “taken a toll” on her voice, which we simply cannot abide and concur that bed rest is needed.
