"Revolution is not for the sane" in Andor season two trailer

According to a synopsis from Disney+, “The second season of Andor takes place as the horizon of war draws near and Cassian becomes a key player in the Rebel Alliance. Everyone will be tested and, as the stakes rise, the betrayals, sacrifices and conflicting agendas will become profound.” Diego Luna reprises his role as the titular Cassian Andor in the series alongside his Rogue One co-stars Ben Mendelsohn and Forest Whitaker, who proclaims in the Andor season two trailer that “Revolution is not for the sane.” The cast also includes Stellan Skarsgård, Adria Arjona, and Varada Sethu (who’s having a pretty good day for Disney+ trailers). 

Andor will drop its final season in four “chapters” of three episodes each. The first chapter was written by series creator Tony Gilroy. House Of Cards‘ Beau Willimon penned the second chapter (episodes four, five, and six), Night Crawler writer-director Dan Gilroy wrote the third (episodes seven, eight, and nine), and The Mosquito Coast‘s Tom Bissell wrote the fourth (episodes 10, 11, and 12). “I don’t think I’ll ever have a chance to work on anything as important as this,” Gilroy recently told The Playlist. “This has been the most important thing I’ll ever get to do in terms of how much imagination went into it, how much work went into it, how much of a better writer I became doing it, how much I learned doing it, and how important the subject matter was and the scale of it. It’s hard to imagine that a situation like this would ever come around again.” You can check out the Andor season two trailer above.
