Earlier this month Blind Pilot released its third album, And Then Like Lions, on ATO Records. It’s the band’s most mature batch of folk songs yet, and today The A.V. Club is premiering this video of the Portland band playing ”Don’t Doubt” live in studio. It showcases the band’s ability to make a song packed full of emotion, as each note gives singer Israel Nebeker the chance to wring out his emotions. It shows Blind Pilot for what it is: A band that’s deliberate in its actions, but doesn’t forget to feel human in the process.
