Shine those veneers because the Chrisleys are back on the streets.

The law and order president who spent his first six months in office banishing random U.S. citizens to concentration camps in El Salvador and deporting 10-year-old brain cancer patents, before announcing a $45 million military-themed birthday parade, is set to make the streets safe again by pardoning reality TV fraudsters and tax evaders Todd and Julie Chrisley. Known best for knowing best, The Chrisleys, convicted of tax evasion and bank fraud in 2022, have been given an official pardon from fellow convict and reality star President Donald Trump. Earlier today, the Special Assistant to the President and Communications Advisor, Margo Martin, posted a video of Trump informing Savannah Chrisley, daughter of the reality stars, over the phone that their parents were receiving full pardons. “Trump Knows Best!” Martin wrote in the post.

“Your parents are going to be free and clean, and I’m hoping we can do it by tomorrow,” the President told Chrisley, who was reportedly walking into Sam’s Club at the time of the call. “They were given pretty harsh treatment based on what I’m hearing.”

The Chrisleys were sentenced to a combined 19 years in prison for taking out $30 million in fraudulent loans and defaulting on more than $20 million in debt in Todd Chrisley’s 2012 bankruptcy. The prosecution described them as “career swindlers who have made a living by jumping from one fraud scheme to another,” including bank, tax, and wire fraud, and conspiracy to defraud the United States. Still, the financial worries were never shown on television, where they were presented as real estate tycoons, living in palatial McMansions that have become cornerstones of reality TV’s insufferable wealth porn. It’s hard to figure out what Trump likes so much about them. For her part, Savannah has become a prominent Trump supporter in recent years, campaigning for her parents’ release at the Republican National Convention last summer.
