Frank Ocean went ahead and released his new album last night after playing Jimmy Fallon's show

Wisely riding the storm of attention surrounding his recent coming out (or whatever you want to call it), Frank Ocean capitalized on the buzz by releasing his newest album, Channel Orange, to the Internet last night, a week before it was due. That Frank Ocean, always full of surprises—and his official debut (after 2011's warmly received mixtape Nostalgia, Ultra) has plenty more, including collaborations with people like André 3000, Pharrell Williams, and John Mayer, in addition to more expected guests like fellow Odd Future member Earl Sweatshirt. You can find out for yourself by streaming the whole thing from his Tumblr page, or just jumping in and buying it from iTunes right now, then spending the rest of your day immersed in Ocean's gorgeous, swooning R&B while surrounded by your sexy, sexy coworkers. Awww yeah, gonna make some spreadsheets, if you know what I mean.

The release arrived not long after Ocean (like Odd Future before him) cemented his growing fame with an arresting live television debut on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. Below you can watch video of his Roots-backed, string section-adorned performance of "Bad Religion," the track that reportedly inspired him to open up about his sexuality last week and make it so that seemingly everyone is talking about Frank Ocean today.
