HBO decided to renew Real Time With Bill Maher a few days ago, ensuring that he’ll be on the air through 2020 and will have plenty more opportunities to say the n-word and interview assholes. Thankfully, though, he still won’t be the only guy on HBO talking about the news. As reported by Variety, the premium cable network has also renewed Last Week Tonight With John Oliver, keeping it on the air through 2020 as well.

In a statement, HBO programming president Casey Bloys said that host John Oliver’s “extraordinary genius for rich and intelligent commentary is second to none,” and that he’s “an integral part of the HBO family.” In a statement of his own, Oliver added, “I firmly disagree with everything Casey just said,” along with some words of thanks for HBO and his staff “in the cold, dispassionate form of a press release.”
