Izzy True gets all dressed up in the video for “Mr. Romance”
Last year, Don Giovanni Records released the Troll EP, the first statement from Izzy True. The project was launched by Isabel Reidy, using music as a way to work through mental illness and focus on the more joyous things in life. Today, Don Giovanni is releasing Izzy True’s debut full-length, Nope, and The A.V. Club is premiering the video for one of the album’s tracks, “Mr. Romance.” It’s a playful video that sees Reidy decked out in kitchenware, covered in glitter, and ripping through the song. Starting today, Izzy True kicks off a tour in support of Nope, and all of the dates can be found below.
Nope is out now on Don Giovanni Records.
