Jens Lekman to release new album ahead of world tour
Jens Lekman, the Swedish Moby of twee-pop, has just announced that he’ll soon be releasing his first full-length album of new material in five years. Life Will See You Now will mark the 35-year-old musician’s fourth full-length, after 2012’s I Know What Love Isn’t. The release’s first single, “What’s That Perfume That You Wear?,” hints at a dance-friendly collection of songs this time around.
Life Will See You Now will be released on February 17, just a few days before Lekman kicks off his world tour in Houston on February 23.
