Krysten Ritter’s super-powered investigator Jessica Jones was one of the better parts of Netflix’s big Defenders team-up miniseries earlier this year, but that show wasn’t quite as good as getting another full season of Jessica beating up overt metaphors for various forms of misogyny. Now, Netflix has finally announced a premiere date for season two of Marvel’s Jessica Jones, revealing in a teaser that it will debut on March 8.

The teaser doesn’t tell us much about the new season, but it does have a reference to a bit of wisdom initially passed on to Spider-Man—implying that Jessica Jones herself somehow knows his comic book backstory even though Spidey is real in her reality, but whatever.
