Jon Stewart invites his comedian friends over for his last week at The Daily Show

Having recently sat down for his seventh interview with the President of the United States of America, for his last week at The Daily Show Jon Stewart is going to loosen his tie, unbutton his pants, put a mini-cooler full of brewskis under his desk, and just kick back with his comedian friends. That last part is definitely true, as The Washington Post reports that The Daily Show has set the last three guests Stewart will interview before his foes stop by to tell him to “fuck off” on August 6. As for the rest of it—what are they going to do, fire him?

Apparently tired of people kissing his ass all the time, Stewart (or, rather, a member of his crew) has booked his pals Denis Leary and Louis CK, neither of whom are known for withholding their opinions. The third guest will be the similarly brash Amy Schumer, who reportedly turned down an offer to take over The Daily Show earlier this year. If her current ubiquity is any indication, she made the right choice. Expect it to come up next week.
