At Comic-Con, The CW announced that the big villain on the upcoming season of Arrow would be Ra’s al Ghul, a character so important to the DC Universe that he was played by Liam Neeson—a legitimately respected actor—in Batman Begins. Obviously, the show can’t top that now, which means it has to start filling out its cast with some characters who are a bit more obscure. Enter Medium’s David Cubitt, who—according to The Hollywood Reporter—is joining the series as Mark Shaw, also known as The Manhunter. No, not beloved Justice League member J’onn J’onnz, he’s the Martian Manhunter. And not The Manhunters either, that’s an army of evil robots. This guy is just The Manhunter.
