Mondo’s new Gremlins soundtrack does stuff when you get it wet or expose it to light

There are three basic rules to Mogwai care and maintenance: Don’t expose them to bright light, don’t get them wet, and engage in as many pointless arguments as possible about what the phrase “feeding after midnight” actually means. The soundtrack purveyors at Mondo have violated at least two of those rules with their new vinyl reissue of Jerry Goldsmith’s classic Gremlins soundtrack, though, outfitting the record with UV and water-reactive packaging that reveals secret messages when exposed to the elements.
