NAZA, the latest documentary by half of No Other Land‘s four Oscar-winning filmmakers, isn’t playing the same games this time around. Whereas No Other Land, a harrowing documentary about settler violence in Gaza, struggled to find distribution in the United States, filmmakers Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor will be self-distributing their latest work, avoiding squeamish distributors who can’t even release a documentary about Elon Musk without getting some cold feet. Per Vulture, the new film will open at the IFC Center in New York for the New York Film Festival on September 30 and will expand to L.A. and other markets on October 9.
