It is a truth universally acknowledged that Netflix has been having a rather tough year. With Stranger Things done, its most successful still-running series is likely Bridgerton, a revisionist Regency-era history. So why not go back to the Regency well? That’s what the streamer is doing with its new Pride And Prejudice series, for which we finally get a trailer this morning. The glimpses we get today are certainly energetic, colorful, and charming, with Olivia Colman appearing to be a natural in the role of Mrs. Bennet.
