There’s a new Protomartyr album on the way. The Agent Intellect is due out October 9 on Hardly Art and finds the Detroit band venturing into fiercer and bleaker territories than it has in the past. (Though, to be fair, those territories were still pretty fucking excellent.) As lead single “Why Does It Shake” teases, Protomartyr is still chugging right along, (hopefully) getting better with each successive album.
