Frenzy (Syfy, 9 p.m.): It’s an open question as to whether anyone still cares about the Sharknado franchise. But since the low-rent series of TV movies is coming to a close on Sunday night with The Last Sharknado: It’s About Time, Syfy is giving it a weeklong send-off with a collection of fin-themed entertainment for your edification. Sure, there’s some of the usual Syfy dreck on the list (Nightmare Shark, 6-Headed Shark Attack), but tonight there’s Frenzy, in which a woman survives a plane crash in the middle of the ocean, only to have to fight off a herd of hungry sharks upon splashdown. Fingers crossed for some bloody silliness.
Castle Rock (Hulu)
The Sinner (USA, 10 p.m.)
Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party (VH1, 9 p.m.): If a convicted criminal and Snoop Dogg can come together, break bread, and heal the suppurating wound of race relations in America, surely there’s a path to salvation. Just kidding, this show is ridiculous, but it’s also kind of fun to watch sometimes, like a much dumber Dinner For Five. Tonight features appearances by Queen Latifah, Terrence Howard, and Jussie Smollett.
