That new Beyoncé album isn’t much of a new Beyoncé album at all

There is a Beyoncé record on the way, but it’s not the entirely new album the Internet was hoping for. The Platinum Edition box set for Beyoncé will be released Monday, Nov. 24. Essentially, it’s a double-CD, double-DVD edition of Beyoncé’s self-titled LP from 2013, packaged with some live performances and remixes as well as a “mini version of the official 2015 Beyoncé calendar.” The record will, fortunately, also feature two new songs—“7/11” and “Ring Off”—but won’t feature much of the rumored material from yesterday’s supposed press release “leak.” A full track list is below.
Beyoncé Platinum Edition is available for pre-order now via iTunes, Amazon, and every other goddamn place records, t-shirts, and over-the-counter medications are sold.
