Alexa, play “Carry On My Wayward Son.” If anyone has even a sliver of a chance at taking down Vought and its hoard of superpowered baddies, it’s the Winchester brothers and their good ol’ angel pal, Castiel. The good news for Supernatural fans is that all three actors will be onscreen together once again in the fifth and final season of The Boys. (They really can’t escape, can they?) The bad news is that Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins probably won’t be playing their beloved monster hunters. Knowing The Boys, it’s much more likely they’ll be minor supes with the ability to shoot snot out of their eyeballs or something. Regardless, hooray Supernatural reunion!

The Boys‘ official social media accounts broke the news earlier today with a video of Jensen Ackles—who has played Soldier Boy in the Prime Video series since season three—recruiting Padalecki and Collins because “we’ve got work to do… again.”

This will be a reunion for more than just Ackles, Padalecki, and Collins. The Boys was created by Eric Kripke, who also created and served as showrunner for the first five seasons of Supernatural. Other Supernatural actors like Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Joe Kessler/John Winchester), Jim Beaver (Bobby Singer in both shows), and Christian Keyes (Nathan Franklin/Archangel Michael) have also popped up in The Boys over the years. Now all that’s left is for props to get their hands on a ’67 Chevy Impala, and Homelander won’t know what hit him.
