Things are about to get even spicier in Maple Brook.

Netflix must feel really confident in The Hunting Wives, because the streamer just renewed the thriller series for season three ahead of the season two premiere on November 26. Netflix isn’t known for preemptive renewals; it has a reputation for the opposite, cutting shows loose a little too soon. But on Wednesday, the streamer announced that, in addition to the upcoming eight episodes, viewers can expect even more when the thriller series returns for a third season. The renewal brings the show that much closer to creator and showrunner Rebecca Cutter’s goal of four seasons, minimum. “I’m so stoked to be heading back to Maple Brook, and I promise that once you’ve finished season two, you’ll be desperate to see what happens next. Buckle up, because season three will be even more scandalous and twisted,” Cutter said in the press release.
