The Soup continues to expand beyond its original E! incarnation, with a new series called Web Soup set to accompany last fall’s Sports Soup in the spinoff lineup, Variety reports. Web Soup will air on the G4 network, hosted by Chris Hardwick, who's covered correspondent and hosting duties for Attack Of The Show and Singled Out. The spinoff will do for viral video and pwnage what The Soup did for daytime television and spaghetti cats, skewering Internet content with segments like “The Daily Upload” and “The Week In FAIL.” (No word on how firsties will be honored.)
