Should you need additional reason to see The Dictator this weekend besides your love for jokes about torture and rape, a recently be-Twittered Ron Burgundy has confirmed rumors that the film is preceded by the first teaser for Anchorman 2, a movie that is not due out until 2014, but which already dominates at least one-fourth of entertainment reports. "Dont get Twirter," Burgundy—perhaps the adopted guise of Will Ferrell, Adam McKay, or some random publicist—twirted. "Anchorman2 teaser w Dictator tom night. Dont know what a teaser is. World is crazy? Having a scotch." And because we exist in a world where there are spoilers for teasers for trailers for far-off films, Collider has already offered a viewer's summation from an early screening, saying it features "the Channel 4 news team (minus Veronica) stating how excited they are to return… a concept that Brick seems to have a hard time with." They also add that, though they're "not sure if it was an official title or more of a slogan," the preview ends with the title card Anchorman: The Legend Continues. Mmm. Great story. Compelling, and rich.
