Today in music videos: Delocated’s Jon Glaser gets magical for Guided By Voices

Guided By Voices have stayed busy since reuniting in 2010. This year alone they’ve released two studio albums with a third one, Bears For Lunch, on the way. That’s pretty good for a band that manages to down roughly a handle of liquor during each show. The group's most recent studio effort, Class Clown Spots A UFO, is a reliably Robert Pollardian romp that manages to pack in 21 songs in under 40 minutes.

Pollard and company are actually nowhere to be found in the video for “Keep It In Motion,” the band’s latest single. Instead, Jon Glaser, star of Adult Swim’s Delocated, is its sole actor, playing a magician who preps for his routine throughout the song’s approximately two-minute span by combing his eyebrows, pulling cards out with his teeth, and doing other things magicians presumably do behind closed doors.
