Nation granted reprieve as Trump inadvertently bans microphones from press conference

Last week, in a series of tirades against the media, which keeps pointing out how unpopular his administration is (despite his support from the diarrhea virus), Trump announced that he was banning CNN, MSNOW, Politico, The New York Times, and The Washington Post from the White House. This is particularly troubling for The Washington Post, which has spent the last two years trying to out-Bari Bari Weiss, to mixed results. Though the ban will likely be challenged in court, where a Trump-appointed judge who the president believes is “biased” against him will preside, five major networks CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, and even Fox News, have since begun boycotting designated press pool events. However, Trump inadvertently highlighted the symbiotic relationship between the president and the press. With no press pool, there are no microphones; with no microphones, there is no audio; and without audio, the public is granted a brief reprieve from the bizarre ramblings of our addled President Grandpa.
