Vanished (MGM+, Sunday, 9 p.m., miniseries premiere)
This four-part thriller centers on a couple whose romantic getaway in the South of France takes a sinister turn when boyfriend Tom Parker (Sam Claflin) vanishes from their train, leaving Alice Monroe (Kaley Cuoco) to uncover shocking truths about her lover’s past. The Muppet Show (ABC and Disney+, Wednesday, 9 p.m., standalone special)
This year marks the 50th anniversary of the original The Muppet Show, and who better for Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, and the rest of the lovably absurd gang to party it up with than Sabrina Carpenter, Seth Rogen, and Maya Rudolph? The new variety special features musical numbers, comedy bits, and plenty of chaos.
