Nobody Wants This (Netflix, Thursday, 3:01 a.m.)
Nobody Wants This returns to continue examining the relationship between podcaster Joanne (Kristen Bell) and rabbi Noah (Adam Brody), which evolves despite some new hurdles that are thrown their way. Season two welcomes Arian Moayed, Alex Karpovsky, and Leighton Meester into the cast. Look for The A.V. Club‘s review on Thursday.
Lazarus (Prime Video, Wednesday, 12:01 a.m.)
Based on Harlan Coben’s novel, this supernatural thriller centers on a forensic psychologist (played by Sam Claflin) who returns home after his father’s death and gets roped into solving cold cases, including one that ties back to his own sister’s murder several years ago. The A.V. Club‘s review publishes Tuesday.
