Who Watches Fake Vintage Newscasts About The Watchmen?

If you read Watchmen and are eagerly awaiting the movie release, you should watch the following fake news broadcast about the 10th anniversary of Dr. Manhattan with a drool cloth.

If however you've never read the book, or saw the trailer for Watchmen and had no idea what was going on (sort of understandable), the following video should at least help explain to you why one of the characters looked like a glowing, all-powerful member of Blue Man Group.
