Arcade Fire plan "secret" show in Los Angeles
Perhaps to combat recent assertions that they’re dicks, the Arcade Fire is planning a “secret” show in a small Los Angeles venue as a precursor to Sunday’s performance at the Grammys. According to tweets from the group’s manager Scott Rodger, the plans is for “fans to get all the tix”—not scalpers—so they’re keeping prices “cheap” and withholding details until the last minute, making it so only the most dedicated devotees of their website (or their manager’s Twitter feed, we guess) can grab them. More details are expected within the next couple of days; all that’s known for now is that it’s an all-ages venue, so there won’t be any booze. Man, what dicks!
