BBC apologizes for erroneous “no nudity in Game Of Thrones” alert
The BBC has apologized after sending what appeared to be its first-ever useful push notification, warning readers of an impending lack of nudity in the latest episode of Game Of Thrones. Millions of subscribers to the BBC app received the alert seen below, which buried the lede amid yet another update on the NYPD’s misguided Twitter campaign and a debate on the existential worthlessness of physics. This was followed by the person charged with testing the app randomly breaking into joyous song, like all British people do.
