It is happening again, and now we have video evidence with a new Twin Peaks teaser that hit the internet late last night. This one deviates from previous Twin Peaks teasers, in that it unveils footage that could potentially appear on the show. But it remains true to David Lynch’s cryptic vision, showing Lynch in costume as FBI Deputy Director Gordon Cole munching on a donut for 18 seconds while Angelo Badalamenti’s “Twin Peaks Theme” plays in the background. And that’s it. Save for a few logos, that’s the whole thing.
Expect the mystery to continue to deepen ahead of Twin Peaks’ return to Showtime next year.
